Inaugural COMC Motherload - Part 4 - Rich Thompson

This is Part 4 of my ongoing attempt to document my initial bulk load of 89 cards from COMC. This post features 8 cards of Australian pitcher Rich Thompson. Thompson pitched 6 seasons with the LA Angels between 2007 and 2012, and a single game with Oakland following his release from the Angels in 2012.

Again, no real exciting cards from this lot - mainly trying to pick up on the many parallels and modern cards I don't have. The Card of the Buy™ goes to the 2007 Bowman's Best Prospects Blue card. It doesn't show well in the scan, but is a shiny blue refractor, numbered to only 99. I do have to admit that the 2011 Topps Cognac Diamond Anniversary kind of appeals to me too despite all of its garishness.
