Adam Bright - 2012-13 Melbourne Aces

Bright is a local Melbournite who spent 7 seasons playing for the Colorado Rockies organisation between 2003 - 2009, reaching AA level. In 2010 he played in the Italian baseball League for Telemarket Rimini, before returning to Australia for the inaugural ABL season in 2010-11 with the Aces.

He pitched 3 games for the Yomiuri Giants in an injury affected stint in the NPB in 2011. He didn't pitch for the Aces in the 2011-12 season and I've been unable to find out why - I can only assume the injury in Japan in 2011 was worse than originally thought. Having said that, he has returned to the Aces for the 2012-13 season.
